Privacy Policy

Overview

Omee provides personalized decision support, daily briefs, timing windows, and coach-style suggestions using information you choose to provide, including profile details, birth information, goals, relationship context, and preferences.

Information we collect

• Account information, including name, email address, password credentials, account ID, and timezone.
• Birth profile information, including birth date, time, location, and optional coordinates.
• Preferences, goals, occupation, notification choices, calendar settings, and optional cycle information.
• Saved relationship context for partners, family members, coworkers, business partners, or other people you add.
• User content, including chat messages, reflections, and other text you enter.
• Technical and product-usage information needed to operate, secure, and improve Omee.

How we use information

• Create and maintain your account.
• Generate personalized briefs, timing windows, insights, notifications, and chat responses.
• Save your profile and preferences across sessions.
• Provide calendar or notification features you request.
• Measure reliability, onboarding completion, activation, retention, and feature adoption.
• Respond to privacy, support, and deletion requests.

Service providers

Omee uses service providers for astrology and Human Design enrichment, AI-generated language, hosting, databases, application distribution, notifications, subscriptions, privacy-limited product analytics, and crash/performance diagnostics. These providers process information only as needed to operate Omee.

Analytics

When product analytics is enabled, Omee may record app opens, onboarding progress, screen routes, feature use, response timing, and success or failure states. Analytics does not include birth details, goals, saved-person details, chat text, or generated guidance text.

Diagnostics

Omee may use Sentry to collect privacy-limited crashes, stack traces, app version/build, device and operating-system context, crash-free session state, and sampled route performance. Diagnostic reporting excludes request payloads, console and network breadcrumbs, chat text, goals, birth details, saved-person details, and generated guidance text.

Account deletion and retention

You can delete your account from Profile > Delete Account. This removes your account and associated Omee profile data from active records unless limited retention is required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or operational reasons.

Security and children

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no transmission or storage method is perfectly secure. Omee is offered only to adults age 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy as Omee evolves. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date. Privacy and deletion questions can be sent to support@omee.app.
